Shipping policy

Once payment has been received, your order will be shipped as soon as possible.

Within Belgium, delivery is usually expected within 24 hours after your package is received by the post office. However, this is an estimate and not guaranteed. Magnolia Street is not responsible for delays caused by strikes, unexpected closure days, or busy periods (such as Christmas) at the carriers. No delivery delay can be grounds for cancellation of the purchase or for the payment of any compensation to the buyer, except in the case of a delay intentionally caused by the seller.

An incorrect delivery address provided by the buyer is the buyer’s responsibility and may result in additional costs to be covered by the buyer.

We ship with Bpost for deliveries within Belgium, PostNL for deliveries within The Netherlands and France, and UPS for the rest of Europe.
